If you bought your bicycle more than 30 days before signing up for our insurance, you will receive a confirmation email by us with a link to upload the necessary pictures.
Follow the link in the confirmation email and follow the instructions to submit your pictures.
Is there a deadline for uploading the pictures?
Yes, you must upload the pictures within 14 days of your subscription. If the pictures are not received within this time, your insurance contract will be automatically cancelled.
