If your bike delivery is delayed and you’re unable to provide the necessary information to activate your contract, your contract might expire.
How long do I have to activate my contract?
The activation link is valid for 60 days. Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend or freeze the contract beyond this period.
What if my contract expires before I can activate it?
Don’t worry! If your contract expires, you can simply subscribe to a new contract once you have all the updated information from your bike retailer.
