We understand that updating your contract information is important. For legal and security reasons, however, it is not possible to change the name of the contract owner, nor to transfer it to a different person.
Here are your options:

Option 1: Cancel the current contract. We’ll refund any unused premium.

Option 2: Open a new contract with the updated details.
Exception:
The name on the contract can only be changed in the event of the policyholder's death.
Additional Information:
While the contract owner cannot be changed, you can authorise others to use the insured item (e.g., a bike), and they will still be covered under the policy.
Can I switch the policyholder from a person to a company, or vice-versa?
Switching the policyholder between an individual and a company isn’t possible. This includes situations where:

The contact person remains the same.

You’d like to switch from an individual policy to a company policy, or vice versa.
