How can I make a claim?

If your bicycle is stolen or damaged, follow these steps to make a claim:

  1. Complete the online claim form: You can fill it out as soon as possible by clicking on this link: Online Claim Form.

  2. What happens next?
    Once we receive your claim, the claim handler in charge of your file will contact you within 24 working hours to guide you through the next steps.
