We cover two- and three-wheeled bicycles powered by human force or electric assistance with a maximum speed of 25 km/h.
-
New or used bicycles: We can insure bicycles purchased less than 8 years ago. The original purchase invoice (from the first buyer) must be saved.
-
Electric bicycles: We cover e-bikes with assistance up to 25 km/h. If your bike has a mode for higher speeds, you'll need to prove that any damage occurred while riding at 25 km/h or less to make a valid claim.
-
Secondhand bicycles: These are covered if you provide:
- An invoice if purchased from a professional seller.
- The original invoice and proof of payment if purchased from a private individual. The invoice must be less than 8 years old.
-
Refurbished bicycles: We can insure refurbished second-hand bikes if they were purchased from a professional seller, and the new purchase invoice is less than 8 years old, even if the bike is older.
