Here’s how we help get you back on the road quickly:
- Sending roadside assistance to your location. If your bike can’t be fixed within an hour, we’ll arrange for it to be towed to a repair shop near your home or to a location of your choice.

We’ll arrange transport for:
- you, and
- your luggage to the repair shop, your home or your intended destination, with transport back to your home if needed
- a minor, if you are accompanied by minor children, we will arrange and pay for their return to your residence or a designated location.
Please note, we won’t cover towing costs unless you contact us first to arrange the service.
What if my bike needs a replacement?
If your bike is out of service for more than 24 hours, we will reimburse you for the cost of renting a replacement bike. This reimbursement is capped at €15 per day (including taxes) and is available for a maximum of 3 consecutive days. You will need to provide receipts to claim this reimbursement.
What assistance is available in case of bike theft in Belgium?
If your bike is stolen during a trip in Belgium and you've taken all necessary measures to reduce theft risks, we will arrange and cover transport for you and your luggage to:
- Your residence or a designated location,
- Or to your intended destination, followed by transport back to your residence or designated location.
This service is covered up to €500, based on supporting documents.
If your bike is found, we will also cover the cost of a ticket for you to retrieve it.
What other specific assistance is covered?

Flat tyre assistance:
If the flat tyre cannot be repaired on-site, we will arrange and cover the transport for you, your bike, and your luggage as per the conditions in the roadside assistance. -
Lost padlock key or locked padlock:
If you lose the key to your bike padlock, or the padlock cannot be opened or repaired on-site, we will cover the transport for you, your bike, and your luggage as per the roadside assistance conditions.
Are there any limitations to the service?
- These services do not replace emergency public services, especially rescue services.
- We will send urgent national messages on your behalf following a serious event, but we cannot take responsibility for the content of the messages.
