1. You'll receive an email from Qover confirming that we’ve received your claim.
If you haven't received it, please:
- Check your spam – our emails sometimes end up there.
- Double check that your contact details are accurate.
2. We'll review your case.
Our team will carefully review your claim, check its validity and go through your supporting documents. Then we'll calculate the amount you may be eligible for.
3. We may ask for additional information.
If we need more information to process your claim, we’ll reach out to you directly. We recommend keeping all relevant documents related to your claim in case we need them.
4. We'll approve your claim and pay you, or we'll let you know why we've denied it.
Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange for payment. The funds will be transferred to the UK bank account you’ve provided.
